With a strong project pipeline and a structured commercial team, they’re now looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to take ownership of key commercial functions—all from the comfort of their Perth office. Your Role: Manage end-to-end contract administration, from award to closeout Oversee variations, claims, cost tracking, and financial forecasting Liaise closely with project managers, suppliers, and site teams Maintain documentation using Procore and other systems Ensure full compliance across contract terms and reporting What You’ll Bring: At least 3 years' experience in contract admin (camp construction or similar ideal) Proficiency with Procore highly regarded Strong commercial understanding and attention to detail Confident communicator with solid systems experience Perth-based and full Australian working rights What’s on Offer: $140K–$160K Super depending on experience Perth-based, full-time role with long-term project visibility Work across high-value camp and infrastructure builds Supportive team culture and robust delivery systems Interested?
