The Role We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Assistant Manager to take the reins of an established, forward-thinking beverage program. Sitting at bar manager level in responsibility, this role is designed for someone with deep expertise in cocktails, wine, and beer, and the ability to lead a team with energy, clarity, and consistency. From developing and curating a signature cocktail list to partnering with suppliers for seasonal launches and activations, this is a dream role for a beverage-savvy leader. The successful candidate will also maintain and refine the venue’s wine list, and work alongside operations on beer offerings and broader strategy. Financial tracking, including GP and performance metrics, is an integral part of the role, as is organising quarterly supplier-led training sessions.
