Project Engineer – incorporates CA duties The Company: Commercial projects up to $50m, mixture of new build construction and heavy refurbs A wide variety of sectors inc. commercial, government works, amenity spaces, hospitality, pubs & clubs New projects starting Project Engineer works closely with PM / Senior PM and covers Contract Administration duties ‘Grow your own’ mentality, opportunity to progress within the business Salary up to $170k (NEG) The Role: Liaise with design and construction teams to manage and distribute information efficiently Manage changes to engineering design Manage the changes of the scope of work in line with budgets and forecasts Assist Project Manager to prepare sub contract packages Manage subcontractor progress and support resolution of any commercial matters Maintain awareness of contractual obligations Assist the management team to create and implement program management, tracking a 6 month look ahead Review design to assess and ensure its compliance with requirements of regulatory authorities Undertake programming, planning and forecasting to ensure construction activities take place within overall construction program Will be assigned to one site and have a Setting Out Engineer working alongside you What you'll need to be successful in the role: Ideally 3yrs in a similar role Be able to show stability on your CV Engineering degree The right attitude If this sounds like you please send your CV to: [email protected] Emma - 0434 440 883
