Your Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of legal technology initiatives that enhance legal service delivery—both internally and for key clients; Act as a product owner for core legal tech platforms, driving continuous improvement and adoption; Design and facilitate workshops focused on legal innovation, capability uplift, and continuous improvement; Support the broader firm transformation strategy and contribute to cross-practice innovation projects; Stay ahead of trends in legal tech (especially AI) and identify opportunities for innovation; and Manage and mentor a high-performing team of transformation specialists. What We’re Looking For Proven experience working in the legal industry—whether within a law firm, in-house legal function, or a legal tech/consulting role. Demonstrated success leading complex transformation initiatives in legal settings. Deep understanding of legal technology, including AI applications, workflow tools, and legal operations platforms. Skilled in Agile, Design Thinking and LEAN project delivery approaches. Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities—able to influence partners, lawyers, and external clients. Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and the ability to link innovation to business outcomes. Collaborative leadership style and the ability to mentor and support a high-performing team.
