We’re recruiting for a Conveyancing Administrator. As a Conveyancing Administrator you will provide high level administrative support to the Conveyancing team with a focus on the tracking of trust monies. In this role you will be responsible for: Initiating and tracking of trust monies Liaising with Business Finance Trust Accounting Team on new trust accounting processes Matter opening, ongoing maintenance and billing Maintenance of off-plan development project spreadsheets including recording details of deposits, tax file numbers, option schedules Providing timely and accurate administrative support to licenced conveyancers Assist with updating client information and relevant databases This opportunity works within a team that offers 1 day from home.
