Position Summary: This job handles Inbound and outbound activities in the warehouse, material movement to departments, stock takes, reconciliation and sampling activities as well as providing back-up support to both the Warehouse Coordinator and Procurement Team Lead when they are away or on annual leave. Key Responsibilities Operational material management Process incoming and outbound goods. Load and unload deliveries, check off delivery dockets and complete records. Un-stack vendor pallets and stack material onto internal pallet. Labelling of inbound goods. Packaging for outbound shipments. Put-away material to designated storage locations. Pick as per request from departments or picking list. Sampling of raw materials. Co-operate in other logistic activities. Responding and acting to alarms - BMS. Ad-hoc business requirements. Maintain Order and timing of inbound / outbound activities. Maintain high inventory accuracy and cycle count as required. Housekeeping and cleanliness of warehouse and equipment. Physical systems and tools for goods flow processing. Daily warehouse equipment checks and maintain logbook. Maintain excellent customer service - internally and for when taking care of suppliers/transportation companies. Shipments Assisting in driving company trucks when required Responsibilities- Accurate, complete, timely and consistent administration of all material movement related processes to cGMP standards! Execution of specific EH&S tasks. Maintain safety, security and housekeeping standards. Cycle counts as per SOP requirement. Participate in warehouse PPI activities Minimum Requirements/Qualifications- Qualifications & Experience Warehouse certification or similar. SAP (or other ERP) system experience. GDP (Good Distribution practice) and GMP Inventory and materials management experience Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
