You’ll work with Bishopp’s internal creative team, producing outdoor, digital, and print media that gets noticed. What’s in it for you? What does a typical week look like? Designing billboard-ready artwork and digital campaigns for a wide range of clients Producing mock-ups, site renders, and proposal documents to support the Sales and Commercial teams Managing print and digital design projects from start to finish, including supplier coordination Developing marketing materials for events, sponsorships, social media, and in-house use Reviewing and providing feedback on client-supplied artwork, ensuring best practice standards Keeping internal systems and design assets well organised and up to date What does success look like in this role? Delivering high-quality design work across multiple projects with tight deadlines Showing initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively Collaborating closely with team members and internal stakeholders Ensuring brand consistency and effective visual communication across all assets Producing work that supports business growth and client satisfaction Your relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design or a related field and/or 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced creative environment will set you up for success. A key foundational skill will be your ability to balance creative thinking with technical precision and time management.
