Office Administrator We are seeking a capable and adaptable Office Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within a well-established trade services business in Nowra. This is a hands-on and varied position that will see you working closely with two other administrators to provide comprehensive office support across inventory, finance, and customer service functions. You will be part of a collaborative office environment (currently 3 office staff and 10 field technicians), where multitasking and proactive communication are key to success. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating inventory systems (Excel-based) Use dedicated software to manage and maintain a centralised database Support basic bookkeeping tasks in Xero including invoicing and receipting Provide general administrative support to internal teams and technicians Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations in a warehouse-style office What We're Looking For: Proven experience in office administration, ideally in a fast-paced or trade-based setting Strong Excel skills for inventory tracking and reporting Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting platforms (Advantageous) Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure Reliable and professional with a strong sense of team collaboration A current driver's licence is required If you don't meet all of the above requirements - but believe you have something special you could bring to this role- we still want to hear from you!
