Administration Assistant — Sydney, Sydney Region

We’re partnering with a well-respected financial services firm to find an organised and proactive Administration Assistant for their Sydney office. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting internal teams with a range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include: Managing office supplies, staff amenities, and promotional items Setting up meeting rooms and preparing client refreshments Keeping kitchen areas clean and stocked throughout the day Assisting with internal events, including setup and pack down Handling incoming/outgoing mail and arranging couriers Covering reception and greeting guests when required Supporting general admin, filing, and archiving processes Conducting routine checks to maintain office standards Assisting the Office Manager and wider team with ad hoc tasks Requirements: Previous Administration Assistant experience Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive, helpful attitude and a willingness to get involved Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks Clear communication and a polished, professional manner Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems Apply now!
