Maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Managing stock levels, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste. Mentoring and supporting junior staff to foster a collaborative and motivated kitchen team. Prepare and cook traditional Mexican dishe s such as tacos, enchiladas, tamales, mole, and salsas using authentic ingredients and cooking techniques to maintain the cultural integrity of the cuisine. Develop and refine Mexican-inspired menus by incorporating seasonal ingredients, regional variations, and modern twists while ensuring consistency, flavor balance, and presentation standards.
