Administrative & Inventory Coordinator At Zoom recruitment, We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Inventory Coordinator to support our Clients logistics and supply chain functions. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in administration and logistics who are looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Immediate start Hourly Rate: $36.38 Location : Eastern Creek (Close to public transport) Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support across logistics and inventory operations Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular reconciliations Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency Deliver exceptional internal customer service and clear, professional communication Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in administrative roles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Background in logistics and supply chain management Experience with inventory management and reconciliation Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, though not required Availability to work Monday through Friday Strong attention to detail, task orientation, and interpersonal skills Requirements: Zoomrecruitment Onboarding 2 previous work references FPES (Medical questionaire) Police check with no disclosable outcomes At Zoomrecruitment, you'll do more than join something - you'll add something.
