This is an exciting and varied role as you will be the face of our land and Ferry Cafe's. Our team members love the variety in their workplace. Every boat is different and you'll also work in the Departure Lounge too! You will provide our passengers with an exceptional experience by delivering first class customer service. Working as part of a team and taking responsibility for the efficient operations of all our Cafes, including safety, legislative compliance, operational and administrative functions is the basis of this role. If you are energetic, committed, professional, self-motivated, can work autonomously and successfully within a diverse team on land and sea this role is for you. As this is a 365-day operation, you must have the flexibility to be available for a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays. Our café operations range from 4:30 AM to 8:00 PM (depending on location), offering flexible working hours that cater to both early risers and evening enthusiasts.
