Office Administrator role on small building projects for 10 weeks. Northwest Sydney location. Contract Administrator – Building Projects (Short-Term Contract) Northwest Sydney | Full-time, 2 Month Contract (Holiday Cover) We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator (CA) to join our team on a short-term contract basis to cover annual leave. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing administrative aspects of small building projects, who is available to step in and hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities Set up new jobs and maintain records in our project management system Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and Variations Assist with invoice preparation and submission Provide weekly client updates on project progress Support the project team in general contract admin duties ✅ About You Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry , ideally on small-scale building projects Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously in a small office environment Contract Details Duration: Just over 2 months (holiday cover) Location: Office-based role in Northwest Sydney Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday If you’re looking for a short-term opportunity in a supportive, hands-on team and you bring the experience we need, we’d love to hear from you.
