We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant to join a well-regarded company in the building materials industry, based in Moorebank. This hands-on role involves a combination of warehouse duties and customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: Perform hands-on warehouse duties, including heavy lifting Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person Operate overhead cranes (training provided if required) Load and unload trucks and other vehicles Assist with stock handling and general warehouse upkeep Requirements: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service Eagerness to learn and operate overhead cranes (training provided) Forklift licence is an advantage Reliable, safety-minded, and a collaborative team player If you’re an experienced Warehouse Storeperson and eager to deliver high-level customer service, apply today!
