Part Time Bookkeeper — Cheltenham, Kingston Area

Due to recent changes, they are currently a suitably experienced Bookkeeper to become an integral part of their team on a part time basis. The Position: Working as the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for managing all Accounts Payable, Receivable and end of month processes for the business. This role will be offered on a permanent part time basis for approximately 3-4 days per week The Duties: Managing all Accounts Payable and Receivable processes General ledger and journal entries Managing all account reconciliations including Bank Accounts, Shopify & Paypal End of month reporting Preparing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports Managing Cashflow reporting Preparing and lodging BAS/IAS and other statutory requirements Other duties as required The Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Strong knowledge in MYOB & Xero Experience within Retail or Ecommerce a definite advantage The Process To apply, please click apply now or for further information please contact Linda on 03 9553 4436 REF: 1624666
