They have a team of 7 who are handle development of the system and also provide high level support to the platform. CRM/CE is the real focus for the team & the company. The role is a mix of development & leadership. You'd still be hands on, cutting code 30-40% of the time, so you still need to be a hands on dev, but there's a significant leadership/mgmt component, where you are prioritising projects, interfacing with the business, managing the backlog, helping the other devs overcome roadblocks, and overseeing their development & growth. You equally need to be a strong communicator, able to engage with a range of stakeholders, and be a strong leader, able to motivate, mentor & encourage drive innovation. So maybe you're a Snr Dynamics Dev itching to become more managerial, or an established Tech Lead looking for your next step. Either background could be a great fit Your Reward A very healthy $190K base salary (obviously super) A nice 3 office: 2 WFH hybrid split Parking on site at Mac Park (but they are a short walk to the Metro) The chance to work for a business that does good things in the world a few cool workplace perks - retail discounts, a fitness passport, novated leasing A managerial role that still keeps you on the tools and keep your tech skills fresh A great workplace culture If that sounds like the role for you, apply now!
