Chief Engineer - (Workflows and Low Code Apps) — The Rocks, Sydney

As the Chief Engineer for the Workflow CoE, you will oversee all engineering aspects, including strategy, solution development, and estimation, while ensuring adherence to platform guardrails and design standards. You will collaborate with diverse teams to provide Workflow solutions and designs, guide the technical direction, and support the engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will continuously enhance the platform, stay updated with the latest Appian features, and ensure the platform meets business needs and objectives. The role also involves supporting the village with operating model principles, coordinating and enabling the village to meet customer needs, fostering a highly engaged workforce by promoting agile standards, and developing village competency by identifying and resolving capability gaps in collaboration with the Technology Head, Agile Coach, and Chapter Lead.
