Description •Manage the country System Engineering. •Coordinate System Technical Team to deliver services (quotation, order) ensuring respect of Service Levels set by Corporate. •Make sure that all the aims of the project and the quality standards are met keeping track of the progress. •Monitor production activities to ensure guidelines are maintained. •Manage the priority of development according to the deadline. •Facilitate and monitor local implementation of Group Strategy Guidelines, best practices and tools set by Corporate. •Provide technical direction for the system development and design. •Provide technical guidelines for the system selection during the quotation process. •Identify and submit requirements (e.g.: tools, resources) to System Engineering Corporate Dept. •Interact with local Trade marketing for product dev. and issue management. •Support remotely and on site the Installation Area Managers, Sales Area Managers and Service Technical Managers in solving technical issues on systems and products (eventually the local R&D). •Oversee system commissioning, on site or remotely •Be responsible of system technical documentation and certification. Responsibilities Overseeing and managing the system engineering activities within a specific country. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of engineering systems, aligning them with the company’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements Qualifications Extensive experience (typically 8-10 years post qualification) in engineering management roles, including leadership positions overseeing technical teams and infrastructure. Extensive R744 design and commissioning experience within the commercial refrigeration realm. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field. Candidates with refrigeration engineering trade qualification preferred.
