The MAFI Mission: Where Faith Meets Innovation Since 1945, MAFI has been delivering help, hope and healing to isolated communities, bridging the gap between despair and renewal. With a fleet of 116 aircraft, we connect the world’s most remote regions with medical care, disaster relief, education, and the message of Christ. Behind every flight is a strong engineering team—and that’s where you come in. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: You will lead the charge in creating and embedding a unified reliability engineering framework across MAF to boost aircraft availability, maintenance efficiency, and fleet safety. This mission involves identifying and managing data quality, analysing failure trends, and driving root cause investigations. You'll work closely with others, influencing fleet standards and maintenance programs, streamlining reports, and guiding key people—to help turn data into smarter technical decisions. Along the way, you'll monitor and report on fleet-wide performance to meet regulatory standards, with occasional international travel (up to 2 weeks a year) to support the mission of MAF.
