Job Description Lead and manage a variety of complex fire engineering projects, ensuring high-quality, technically sound fire safety outcomes tailored to client needs. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and coordinated design solutions. Prepare, review, and sign off detailed technical reports and documentation as a Professional Engineer. Engage and build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders. Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and financial targets are met. Contribute to developing project proposals and scope definitions. Drive continuous improvement of quality systems and best practices within the team. Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers and staff. Represent the team at high-level external meetings and contribute to internal initiatives and events. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate: Qualified and Chartered Fire Engineer with relevant tertiary education. Extensive experience delivering complex fire risk assessments and technical solutions. Proficient in CFD/FDS modelling and familiar with regulatory compliance. Strong project management skills, able to lead multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communicator, capable of engaging clients and stakeholders effectively. Proven mentor who supports and develops junior engineers. Committed to continuous learning and driving innovation. High attention to detail with a focus on quality and integrity.
