You will provide both external and internal consultations and help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support and training. With key focusing on business development for Software and Install Base solutions for LSS LOB. You will foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, customer negotiations and order closure. You will consult prospective users on product capability and provide valuable input for product development. Key Responsibilities - Business Development - Lifecycle and System Management Planning - Meet and exceed orders target - Engage in customer-facing activities Demos, Presentations and roadshows - Analyze growth opportunities and drive pipeline growth for the region - Analyze and submit product development needs - Develop and coach on targeted product value propositions - Create and present complex technical solutions - Review and support proposal activities - Present technical sales briefings to customers - Provide data for sales collateral - Run and participate in Growth and Horizontal MOS with focus on Enterprise Asset Management YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics - 5 years of transferrable experience - Proven track record of success in sales engineering roles - Strong technical background in application and systems engineering - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities WE VALUE - Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships - In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products, and technologies - Experience in developing technical documents - Strong verbal and written communications skills - Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates - Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environment - Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
