Key Responsibilities As the Integrated Logistics Support Engineer , you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness, reliability, and cost-efficiency of our logistics and supply chain systems. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and developing logistics support systems for new and existing product lines. Conducting logistics support analysis (LSA) to identify support requirements and optimise supply chain processes. Creating technical documentation, maintenance plans, and support strategies for equipment, systems, and components. Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure design-for-supportability. Identifying reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) constraints and implementing improvement plans. Leading reviews and audits for logistics support systems and tools in line with operational objectives. Working closely with warehouse, distribution, and quality control teams to ensure seamless product flow and reduced downtime. Supporting product lifecycle management through data-driven forecasting, obsolescence planning, and spare parts strategies. Qualifications & Skills We are seeking a technically proficient and strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). Prior experience (minimum 1–2 years) in logistics engineering, supply chain optimisation, or manufacturing support. Familiarity with ILS principles, RAM analysis, and technical documentation standards. Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. A proactive, process-oriented approach with a keen eye for system efficiency and performance.
