An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Analyst/Associate in Loan Syndicate and Sales within a globally recognised financial institution. This role is based in the vibrant city of Singapore and offers the chance to be part of one of the world's largest comprehensive financial groups. The successful candidate will play a significant role in ensuring transaction structures are acceptable from a market perspective, managing investor coverage, and overseeing the distribution of syndicated loans in both primary and secondary markets. - Part of a globally recognised financial group - Significant role in managing investor coverage and loan distribution - Opportunity to work with diverse teams across regional and global platforms What you'll do: As an Analyst/Associate, Loan Syndicate and Sales, your role will be pivotal in supporting the broader team. You will focus on supporting the distribution function in relation to syndicated loans for both primary and secondary transactions. Working closely with other Regional and Global teams, you will provide support to senior team leaders to develop a sustainable client-focused primary debt origination business. Your responsibilities will also include preparing trade documents for secondary trades and completing any necessary business reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner. - Primary Debt Capital Markets (DCM) coverage of both bank and institutional investors in Asia. - Maintaining a strong understanding of investor requirements to assess market liquidity across corporate and structured transactions. - Supporting various elements of the primary distribution function. - Assisting with transaction execution from mandate phase to financial close. - Leading the sale of secondary loan assets. - Regular engagement with clients as well as internal stakeholders such as relationship managers and other product partners. - Providing loan market intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders. - Maintaining investor and pricing databases. What you bring: As an Analyst/Associate, Loan Syndicate and Sales, you bring along valuable experience in Loan Syndications, Debt Capital Markets or a Coverage role at a large financial institution. Your degree-level education from a leading university coupled with your detailed knowledge of global capital markets products and investors sets you apart. Your ability to understand investor requirements, assist with transaction execution, lead the sale of secondary loan assets, and maintain investor databases makes you an ideal candidate for this role. - Experience in Loan Syndications, Debt Capital Markets or a Coverage role at a large financial institution operating in an international context. - Degree level education - Undergraduate Degree from a leading university. CFA, Masters Degree positively received. - Detailed / advanced knowledge of global capital markets products and investors. - Strong understanding of investor requirements to assess market liquidity across corporate and structured transactions. - Ability to assist with transaction execution from mandate phase to financial close. - Experience in leading the sale of secondary loan assets.
