This professional-level role focuses on identifying sales opportunities and generating activity within the relevant market. You will play a key part in supporting the general agency department through cross-selling initiatives. Reporting to the Partner, Head of Investment Sales, you will contribute to achieving departmental goals and maintaining key client relationships. Key responsibilities: Carry out systematic canvassing for new business and clients, while gaining a sound general knowledge of the market. Negotiate sales of property, including reviewing and assessing assets and providing sale recommendations. Actively pursue and secure new listing opportunities (stock control). Coordinate and conduct comprehensive marketing campaigns for properties. Foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships to better cross sell across departments. Be conversant with, and act within, relevant law and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance and sound due diligence management. Attend departmental meetings, provide regular activity reports, and contribute to maintaining the Knight Frank Database. Who are we looking for? Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the commercial or residential property industry, or open to someone with experience in Business Development Management. Professional qualifications in Property, Business, or Finance (preferred) Hold an Agents Representative Certificate (essential) or Victorian Real Estate License. Strong negotiation skills and an influential communication style. Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment, fostering co-operation. A respected profile and reputation within the market, with the ability to build rapport easily. Highly motivated, self-motivated, results-focused, confident, and well-presented.
