Thales Cybersecurity & Digital Identity is searching for a Sales Manager to lead our engagement with enterprise government clients across Queensland. This role can be based in Brisbane with an expectation to work between Thales sites and the customer, or remotely from Sydney based at Sydney Olympic Park with an expectation to travel regularly. Your Impact: Lead the Charge: Take ownership of a high-profile portfolio of enterprise and government accounts in Queensland, consistently delivering on sales and revenue targets. Strategic Growth: Design and execute tailored sales strategies that address the unique needs of government and enterprise customers, identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence. End-to-End Sales Leadership: Manage every stage of the sales process—from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships at the executive level, positioning Thales as a trusted partner in digital security. Insightful Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts and strategic account plans using Salesforce.com, ensuring transparency and proactive business development. Collaborative Success: Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. What You Bring: Well rounded sales skills set across both account management and winning new business. 5 years of proven success in enterprise / government sales, with a focus on cybersecurity technology solutions. Experience managing major accounts within Queensland, ideally with a deep understanding of the local enterprise and government landscape. Consistent record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A strategic, results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers. Why Thales?
