Position Overview The role is responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of the price and sales pipeline. The role covers a number of areas, including but not limited to: Maintain high level contact and relationship with builders, merchants, pricing agents/ representatives Maintain representative contact with internal departments including Product, Supply chain, Finance & Marketing Maintaining builder’s contracts register (in CRM) and administrate renewals and updates. Support field sales representatives, BDM’s and Sales Managers with presentation preparation, price submission and quote support. Work closely with Merchant pricing teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions on request Maintaining complete and accurate quotes in CRM. Preparing, circulating and driving actions on new business opportunities with the Sales team using CRM, Cordells and other tools. Maintaining complete and accurate sales price lists and ensure that merchants and builders are on the correct price lists. Checking, approving and releasing quotes and sales order pricing against approved prices. Reviewing and recommending decisions around new accounts requests. Work closely with finance FP&A to recommend decisions around trading agreements, pricing and margin outcomes in Builders and Merchants agreement and price contracts Identifying and driving opportunities to continually improve profit margins. Office based support for both the AU and NZ commercial sales team 3.
