This new role, designed to lead the company's sales and marketing activities during this exciting stage of its expansion is now available. In your new role you will lead a small team to drive the company's business development activities through expanding its established base of OEM customers, as well as through the National dealer network. As a key member of the national leadership team you will contribute to strategy and drive its execution. This is a customer facing role and would see you mentor and drive performance through the sales and marketing teams. You will likely have both heavy automotive engineering and commercial qualifications as well as exposure to key markets such as agriculture, mining, oil and gas, materials handling, construction or similar. Your career to date has seen you drive success in high-value technical capital sales both directly and via teams. You are a problem solver, team player, great motivator and excellent communicator who seeks solutions for customers that will see them make our client an integral part of their businesses. This is an exciting new role that could suit an experienced National Manager or a Regional Manager seeking their first National role.
