It requires a blend of sales acumen and mechanical/engineering understanding to provide site-based solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive new business across key regional hubs. Description Account Management - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across mining, quarrying, and industrial sectors. New Business Development - Identify and convert new opportunities through prospecting and site engagement. Site-Based Problem Solving - Conduct walk-throughs to understand customer needs and provide tailored conveyor solutions. Technical Consultation - Recommend appropriate components and engineered solutions to improve client operations. Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams and field application specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes. Reporting & Planning - Track activity, contribute to sales planning, and meet key performance and revenue targets. Profile Technical Aptitude - Background or strong understanding of mechanical or engineering concepts, especially around conveyors or bulk handling. Sales Experience - Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers in mining, quarrying, or industrial environments. Strong Communicator - Personable, confident, and capable of building trust quickly with planners, engineers, and site managers. Self-Motivated & Independent - Comfortable working autonomously, managing territory, and planning travel. Curious & Solutions-Focused - Proactive in identifying client issues on-site and offering practical, value-driven solutions.
