The role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP, ensuring performance, security, and efficiency in a hybrid environment. You will be responsible for optimising cloud resources, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert support to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in containerisation (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift), cloud networking principles, and single sign-on (SSO) integrations. Experience with automation tools, infrastructure-as-code, and government cybersecurity frameworks (ISM, Essential 8, PSPF) is essential. Additional skills in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and traditional on-premise infrastructure are highly desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to: Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure in alignment with cloud strategy and platform architecture. Configuring and managing cloud services, optimising system performance and ensuring security and troubleshooting issues. Produce high quality, detailed documentation.
