We are currently seeking a motivated, mature-minded Accounts / Admin All-Rounder to support our small, close-knit team in Smithfield. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role ideal for someone with strong admin and accounts experience, who is looking to be part of a supportive and stable business. Position Details: Monday to Friday - Permanent Full Time Work Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm & Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm Salary: $80K – $85K Super (based on experience) Family-run business with a friendly, down-to-earth culture Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Receivable Bank reconciliations Typing tenders, quotes, and emails Reception duties, including handling incoming/outgoing mail Purchase order entry and spreadsheet maintenance Supporting the sales team with general admin General office duties as required What We're Looking For: Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar office/accounts role Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook Experience using Reckon , MYOB , Xero , or similar accounting software Solid English and typing skills A mature, responsible, and organized approach strong organizational skills Great communication and can do attitude Must have a reliable car Why Join Us?
