What you’ll do: Answer calls & emails from clients and staff Schedule & roster Support Workers for home care services Match the right staff to the right client – every time Keep the roster up to date and gaps filled Support the team with admin tasks and friendly service What we're looking for: Strong admin/customer service background Confident communicator & problem-solver Calm under pressure with great attention to detail Rostering or scheduling experience - a bonus Tech savvy & ready to learn (we’ll train you!)
