About the Role As the Sales and Service Coordinator , you’ll be the central point of contact for order management, onboarding, and support for our ADF customer base. Working closely with the Sales and Ventia teams, you’ll ensure smooth onboarding to our SAP online ordering platform, provide day-to-day support for user and product updates, and deliver timely, accurate reporting. You’ll also manage the ecommerce inbox and respond to internal stakeholder queries within SLA. Your attention to detail and customer-focused approach will be essential to maintaining operational excellence and a first-class experience for Defence stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Order Management: Review and manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from submission to fulfilment. Data and Reporting: Create scheduled and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders; track sales and maintain sales tools. Customer Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding of ADF customers to the SAP ecommerce platform, including set-up and user support. Platform Maintenance: Maintain customer online trading profiles, managing product and pack updates, data accuracy, and offboarding as required. Customer Support: Monitor and respond to queries in the ecommerce inbox and Teams channels, providing resolutions within agreed SLAs. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SAP platform and internal processes to optimise customer experience. What we’re looking for 3 years’ experience in a sales support, customer service or admin coordination role Experience working with or supporting government clients is desirable Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/ecommerce platforms Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset Ability to prioritise, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What we offer The chance to join a great team of like-minded, hard-working people who are passionate about achieving our vision and the growth objectives of the company.
