About the Role: This essential administrative position within the Academic Quality and Standards (AQS) unit plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of quality assurance processes across Higher Education and TAFE. As the first point of contact for AQS, it provides vital support to the Director and team, managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records and systems that underpin academic governance. The role extends across the University, working with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate projects that strengthen academic integrity, course quality, and compliance. With strong organisational and technical expertise, it ensures seamless operations that adhere to regulatory requirements. This is an ongoing full-time position available at the HEP 5 classification level, salary range $76,459 per annum - $87,825 per annum plus 17% superannuation, working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week. About You: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering quality administrative support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, identifying and resolving issues with efficiency and confidence. Strong independent and team-working capabilities, demonstrating initiative and sound judgement in decision-making. Ability to manage competing priorities, meeting deadlines seamlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. Deep understanding of professional conduct, confidentiality, and compliance, ensuring integrity in a university setting.
