Beachside Volkswagen is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Used Vehicle Concierge / Admin Coordinator to support our growing used vehicle department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected dealership and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers - from first enquiry to final handover. About the Role You'll be the link between our dealership and the customer after the sale is made. As Delivery Coordinator, you'll organise all the associated paperwork & distribute to other departments, arrange vehicle handover, booking pre-delivery inspections, coordinating detailing, and scheduling third-party accessory fitting. Then presenting the vehicle to the purchaser on delivery.
