We are seeking an experienced insurance Administrator to join a busy broking team on a temporary basis. This is a short-term role offering support during a high-volume period, assisting with transactional processing tasks and general admin support. Immediate start required! Duties and responsibilities include: Handling high volumes of transactional processing with accuracy and efficiency Processing quotes and renewals in internal systems and insurer portals Managing inbound and outbound calls with a professional approach Providing admin support to the broking team across day-to-day operational tasks What we’re looking for: Previous experience working in insurance administration or support roles Must have experience using Winbeat – this is essential due to limited training resources Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, process-driven work and wants to make an immediate impact.
