About The Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager (NSM), the Team Leader role is responsible for overseeing a team and driving new business growth within the area. You’ll be supported by a skilled group of account managers, a range of internal resources, and a seasoned National Sales Manager, all focused on delivering strong results and best customer experience. Key Responsibilities Contribute, implement, and monitor the segment sales strategy. Lead a team of Sales professionals, including Account Managers and Business Developers, providing them with ongoing development and mentoring.
