Your Role: Manage full contract lifecycle from award through to close-out Handle procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and contract execution Track variations, progress claims, and cost forecasts Collaborate with site teams, project managers, and consultants Maintain compliance with timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a CA role within commercial construction Strong procurement knowledge and supplier engagement skills Excellent financial tracking and forecasting capability Proficiency in construction software (e.g. Cheops, Procore preferred) Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience What’s On Offer: $180K total package – aligned to your experience Long-term project with ongoing stability Great builder with a strong delivery team and solid reputation Immediate start available for the right candidate Ready to Apply?
