Lifestyle friendly hours Gain access to career development opportunities Full-Time position, $72,207.10 per annum, plus super About the Role This role will see you acting as the key liaison contact for contractors and suppliers, carrying out sales, invoicing, requisitions, providing reports, minute-taking, filing, maintaining records and managing the department budget. You will also assist the Facilities Asset Project Coordinator and Facilities Asset Manager to maintain the Consolidated Programmed Maintenance Planner and organise and carry out planned inspections. About Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of organisation, co-ordination and problem solving skills. Proven skills in the use and application of a range of computer software in a windows environment relating to budgets and maintenance. Ability to meet deadlines and cope in a busy environment. An ability to understand and apply policies and procedures. Ability to work in a correctional environment that will involve direct contact with prisoners in a non-working capacity due to the layout of the Centre and prisoners undertaking work throughout the Centre.
