About the Company/Role: Our client, a leading manufacturer in Australia, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator to join their team on a full-time casual, ongoing basis, working Monday to Friday. In this role, you will support the recruitment process from start to finish, assisting with various positions while building strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong relationships and work closely with the wider HR team. Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising and onboarding. Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation. Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance are maintained to the highest standards. Skills/Experience: Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
