We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Account Manager who can develop customer relationships and drive sales within the hire industry. This role is based in Mascot and is a permanent position. Client Details Our client is one of Australia's largest hire organisations known for its significant contribution to the retail industry. With a strong market presence, they focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with their clients. Description Actively manage your portfolio of customers, building strong trusted relationships and a deep understanding of your customers business that will enable you to drive increased revenue. Acutely understand customer personas and segmentation. Use this information to support you to maximise time in targeted engagement with key decision makers. Actively seek out business intelligence about market conditions, competitor activities and threats. Identify how to manage these objections with your customers and how you can support to drive efficiencies for them. Build and maintain a deep understanding of the client's products and solutions in order to rigorously sell the right solution to your customers by explaining features and benefits in line with the clients value proposition. Be the key contact for your customer, liaise across different departments to support customer sales, hire life cycle, their general enquiries and feedback. Make it simple and easy for your customers to utilise the client over other competitors. Build targeted sales plans for customers across your portfolio, key actions to drive increased revenue and customer experience, NPS results. Adopt the clients selling methodology, a consultative selling approach. Effectively manage your sales pipeline through CRM, leads, price enquiries, quotes and tenders. Work in coordination with the broader sales team to update and maintain CRM records, pipeline prioritisation of shared geographical areas and appointment setting. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
