About the role You’ll join a team who are all about supporting others and ensuring things run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. In taking charge of the delivery and coordination of the logistics services across Health Partners, you will drive seamless office operations and empower teams to do their best work every day. Key responsibilities Keep the wheels turning across all Health Partners locations – coordinating couriers, uniforms, scrubs, name badges and general office supplies, while making sure everything’s tracked, stocked and running smoothly behind the scenes. Provide direction and supervision to the Logistics team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to support the timely delivery of services. Owning invoice, purchase order and contract management for facilities and logistics. Assisting with facilities operations including handling service requests, coordinating office amenity needs, and helping out the Facilities Manager with other key projects as needed. Manage corporate vehicles, meeting rooms, and inventory with precision to keep the workplace organised, efficient and ready for action. About you You’re a people person who thrives in a fast-paced role with a lot of variety. With previous experience in administrative and logistics coordination roles, your ability to work independently and prioritise tasks sets you apart. You also have: Outstanding communication skills with the knack for connecting and collaborating with stakeholders at every level. Strong skills in Microsoft Office – from outlook to Excel you can utilise everyday systems to keep people in the know and operations running smoothly. Courier experience? That’s a big plus! An adaptable and flexible approach, ready to tackle changing priorities as they come to you. A positive and professional attitude, and a friendly and energetic demeanour that invites people to approach you with their needs.
