The Role We are currently seeking a Administrator - Student Services to join our industry leading, professional corporate support team commencing asap or from Term 3 2025. The Student Services Administrators at Sheldon College play a vital role in day to day student life. The role involves daily contact with the student body, parents and other community stakeholders. This contact requires staff to have the ability to communicate details about the College’s activities, routines, policies and procedures to ensure a sound public image of the College is promoted and maintained. You will work in a fun and dynamic working environment where teamwork, accuracy, efficiency and organisation are key. The position requires a high standard of customer service skills, the ability to be able to work in an at times busy office environment and you must be able to maintain a very high level of confidentiality. This is a Monday to Friday, Term Time only role. The predicted term time starting roster is: 8.00am - 3:30pm Monday 8.00am - 4.00pm Tuesday-Thursday 8.00am - 4:30pm Friday Why work at Sheldon College? About You You are efficient, collaborative as well as being able to hold a high level of discreetness and confidentiality. With a commitment to the best outcomes for students and the College you will demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs including Outlook and Word. Experience with TASS would be well regarded or demonstrated ability to pick up systems quickly and adapt to systems well. You will be able to demonstrate: Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience of writing and presenting. Have exceptional customer service skills and be able to communicate in a professional manner to all stakeholders via the phone, face-to-face and written forms. Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met. To work effectively in a team with high levels of communication required at all times.
