With a growing portfolio of utility-scale, solar, and battery projects About the Role: ACRWORLD are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Solar Engineer to become a vital part of our growing team, delivering utility-scale Solar Farm and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects along Australia’s eastern seaboard. As a trusted engineering lead on major renewable projects, where you’ll work closely with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to plan. Responsibilities: Oversee the construction, installation, and commissioning of utility-scale Solar and BESS systems. Work closely with EPCs, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget. Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure every stage meets engineering and HSEQ standards. liaise with design teams, grid consultants, and OEMs to keep everything running smoothly Site-based role, where you'll play a hands-on leadership role during the construction phase Skills & Experience Degree-qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent) Australian driving licence. Minimum 5 years' experience in utility-scale Solar PV or renewable energy construction projects Proven experience across technical engineering, project engineering, quality assurance, and HSE on site Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
