We are currently seeking a highly skilled ICT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and support the backbone of our technical infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of systems that power design, manufacturing and construction solutions used across Australia and the world. Key Responsibilities ·Investigates and resolves complex technical issues related to proprietary software, hardware, networks and integrated systems used in structural modelling, engineered product management and automated manufacturing workflows. ·Ensures minimal disruption to mission-critical engineering and production environments. ·Manages and prioritises service requests and incidents across global and local teams, using a structured triage framework to escalate issues impacting business-critical platforms such as MiTek’s 3D Structural Modelling Software and Enterprise Workflow Systems. ·Identifies and corrects functionality errors within proprietary applications and supporting infrastructure, including diagnosing faults in application code, network configurations and automated equipment integrations to ensure software and systems meet engineering and operational performance benchmarks. ·Delivers technical training and procedural support to internal users and external clients, focusing on optimising usage of MiTek software platforms, engineering systems and digital collaboration tools. ·Develops user documentation and conducts knowledge-transfer sessions to increase system adoption and operational efficiency. ·Conducts end-to-end reviews of infrastructure and software performance across the product lifecycle—from concept and design through to client delivery. ·Recommends and implements system enhancements, software upgrades and infrastructure improvements that support scalability, cybersecurity and performance of MiTek’s technology ecosystem. About You ·Proven experience in ICT support within a complex systems or software-driven environment. ·Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of networking, system infrastructure and software applications. ·Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to technical training and support. ·Familiarity with the residential construction or manufacturing industry is highly regarded but not essential.
