Job Description The Role As a Property and Facilities Administrator at Beyond Bank Australia, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administration centres. Reporting to the Portfolio Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of administrative, facilities, and records management tasks. This includes supporting staff needs, managing supplier relationships, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help create a safe, welcoming, and productive workplace environment. In the role you will Interact with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors across Beyond Bank Australia Administration Centres Process supplier invoices for the national property portfolio on a weekly basis Coordinate staff amenities, cleaning, visitor access, and executive room requirements Manage mail and courier services between the SA Head Office and all branches Maintain stationery stock and ensure the Distribution Centre/Mail Room is clean and secure Perform general clerical duties including filing, mailing, laminating, and minute-taking Oversee records management, including document storage, archiving, and secure waste collection Support facilities maintenance and repairs in collaboration with the Portfolio Facilities Manager Manage pool vehicle servicing and cleanliness, and maintain contractor insurance documentation Assist with WHS compliance, including fire warden training and hazard reporting Contribute to business performance by supporting innovation, efficiency, and workplace culture Qualifications About you You are a highly organised and adaptable professional with a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency. With excellent communication skills and a proactive approach, you thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking and attention to detail are essential. Your solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, combined with your experience in administrative support and facilities coordination, enables you to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with confidence. A current driver’s licence is essential, and experience with lease documentation and invoice processing will be highly regarded.
