The Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for a variety of general administrative tasks and accounting duties to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the club’s daily financial activities. This is a full-time role requiring availability to work Mondays to Fridays between 9am-5pm. Key Responsibilities: Handle member account queries via phone and email with professionalism. Process payments, refunds, and activity charges to member accounts accurately. Support account reconciliation, direct debits, invoicing, and internal charging. Assist with accounts receivable, managing petty cash, and club expenses. Contribute to month-end tasks, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage digital and physical financial records and filing systems. Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in accounting systems (Greentree). Provide admin support and back-up for the finance team as needed including the Accounts Payable function. Key requirements: Proven admin and accounting support experience, preferably in a membership or hospitality environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software and bookkeeping procedures. Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team. Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Why Choose Us?
