What You’ll Be Doing: Own and grow a portfolio of agency and brand relationships—you're the face, voice, and driver of the partnership. Identify new business opportunities and relentlessly pursue growth through strategic outreach and smart hustle. Design and execute revenue-generating strategies across programmatic and direct brand campaigns. Act as a trusted advisor to agencies and brands, positioning the platform’s unique capabilities as must-have solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal campaign outcomes. Hit (and exceed) quarterly sales targets—because winning is part of the DNA. What You Bring: 4 years in digital advertising, preferably in agency, trading desk, or publisher roles. Strong understanding of programmatic and connected TV advertising ecosystems. A track record of closing deals and scaling partnerships across media agencies and brands. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. An entrepreneurial mindset—you’re agile, solutions-focused, and hungry to grow. A solid network within Melbourne’s media and advertising scene. Bachelor's Degree required; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA) are a bonus. Bonus Points For: Hands-on experience with major SSPs (SpotX, Magnite) and DSPs (The Trade Desk, Google DV360). Familiarity with ad tech implementations, media planning/buying, and measurement strategies. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Why Join?
