Plus Superannuation Location: Dandenong Chisholm is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer for our Apprenticeship Hub in our Education Operations business area. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Apprenticeships Administrative Officer your key responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship Hub Leadership Team and relevant staff within the Apprenticeship Hub Undertake administrative and related duties as required to ensure Service Excellence in line with Chisholm’s Customer Service Charter and support the ongoing smooth operation of the Apprenticeship Hub Triage all hub phone calls and walk-ins to ensure prompt and efficient handling of their enquiry working towards increase of employer and student satisfaction Provide timely support to the re-enrolment process, ensuring all enrolment documentation is completed and meets regulatory requirements whilst, providing high levels of customer service Complete and process all enrolment documentation and Student Record information as required by Chisholm procedures and standards ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in providing administrative support in a complex and demanding working environment. Qualifications and skills required for the role: Certificate III in Business or Business Administration or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience Significant experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to use various software suites and databases i.e. Strata, My Chisholm, Markbook and Employer portals, CRM, PureCloud and Epsilon Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills ABOUT US Chisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbourne’s southeast and online.
