About the role The Business Administration Officer provides direct administrative support to the Home Care Group Manager to maintain a high functioning, responsive and collaborative Home Care Team. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting the Group Manager to maintain timely and effective internal and external communications, orientation, recruitment, dashboards and reporting. Coordinating calendar and booking logistics for virtual or in person operational, team or client meetings, workshops, training and events. Assisting the Group Manager with drafting feedback responses, reports, grants, proposals and projects. Implementing streamline user friendly systems, processes and tools used by the team. Recording, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and maintaining organisational records. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar professional administrative role. A can do positive attitude and friendly interpersonal and teamwork skills. Strong reporting / recording and time management skills. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to listen and adapt communication to an audience. Intermediate computer skills using Google suite programs and proficiency in using in-house databases and other software applications. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with initiative and minimal supervision. A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role.
