The Opportunity: SCCC are seeking a Administration & Receptionist Clerk on a full-time basis to support our dedicated team in delivering high-quality care to our residents and employees. This is a vital and fast-paced role that provides key support across administration and reception functions. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our aged care facility. Key Responsibilities: Administration: Provide general administrative support including data entry, document management, and filing. Assist with maintaining accurate staff records and communication logs. Support internal communications and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility. Rostering: Create and maintain staff rosters (in our rostering system CareSystems) to meet operational and care requirements. Manage employee leave requests and schedule staff meetings, training, and development sessions. Coordinate agency staff as needed and fill any roster gaps promptly. Reception: Welcome visitors, families, and staff with professionalism and warmth. Manage phone and email communications, and direct queries as appropriate. Provide general administrative support, including documentation, data entry, and filing. Maintain a calm, organised front-desk environment in a fast-paced care setting. What you’ll Bring: Proven experience in a rostering and reception within a highly regulated aged care environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and internal stakeholders Experience in using CareSystems highly desirable Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Comfortable using technology and digital systems to support compliance and care standards. A commitment to providing high-quality support in a compassionate care environment.
